Floor Plans

We are now accepting pre-screening applications, which will be processed on a first come, first served basis. You can submit your application either by email or by mail:

2. Download and complete the application.

3. Submit your application using one of the following options:

   • Option 1: Email
     Email the completed application to evokeeastlandyards@slnusbaum.net.
     Mail the application fee of $11.00 to:
     PO Box 667323, Charlotte, NC, 28266

   • Option 2: Mail
     Mail the completed application, along with the application fee of $11.00, to:
     PO Box 667323, Charlotte, NC, 28266
